Salary – up to £38,302 (depending on experience).

We are looking to recruit a multi-skilled operative to carry out general maintenance works. Including – Roofing repairs, plastering, paving, re-pointing and brickwork repairs.
You will ideally have served an apprenticeship in a primary trade and have an NVQ level 2 minimum or equivalent qualification, with proven ability of working in general maintenance and carrying out multi discipline tasks in a domestic environment.
The successful candidates will ensure all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision to diagnose faults and deliver effective solutions to our customers. You will take ownership of work, aiming for \’First Time Fix\’ on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters. You will also operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas. All candidates require a full UK driving licence.
