Estates Facilities Contract Inspector

Salary up to £28, 068 per annum, 37 hours per week
Working in our estates team, the successful candidate will be required to:

Monitor the standard of grounds maintenance and cleaning services provided by contractors, to ensure they are provided in line with contractual requirements.

Carry out daily, documented inspections of Trent & Dove’s communal areas to ensure the environments are maintained to specification, clean, clear and safe for our customers and members of the public.

Proactively find resolutions to environmental issues identified during inspections.
*
Provide excellent levels of customer service.
Experience/Skills Required:

A good understanding of Health and Safety Regulations.
*
A full UK driving licence.
*
Ability to use technology such as a PDA to record work and maintain records.

Health & Safety knowledge.
*
Ideally have RHS Level 2 Amenity Horticulture and BICSc CPSS 2.0 Basic Units plus Additional SU units

Ideally have industry experience in Amenity Horticulture
