37 hours per week, up to £28,826 per annum
Up to 12 months temporary post (covering maternity leave)

This post will be the first point of contact within our Tenancy Sustainment team and will be responsible for completing assessments, managing the waiting list, keeping regular contact with tenants and providing low level support where necessary.
You will be required to coordinate the allocation of referrals in accordance with the needs of the tenant, therefore the successful candidate will have relevant experience in administration. You will need to be highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, along with excellent customer service and IT skills. Communication and interpersonal skills will be key when working with customers and stakeholders.
Ideally the successful candidate should have an awareness of:
- Housing and support
- Safeguarding Adults and Children legislation, policies and best practice.
- Basic knowledge of welfare benefits
