Trent & Dove Housing is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead the responsive repairs and maintenance team across our housing stock. You will supervise operatives, apprentices and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and a high standard of work while maintaining strong customer relations.

You will report to the Repairs Manager and collaborate with Property Services to plan resources, resolve residents’ issues and drive service improvement across the repairs process.
