The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Working in our tenanted properties, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide EICR testing and general electrical maintenance to our housing stock as part of our voids and responsive maintenance services.
  • Ensure all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision to diagnose faults and deliver effective solutions to our customers.
  • 'First Time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.
  • Operating within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas.

You should have strong electrical maintenance experience gained ideally within a housing/domestic setting.

Relevant trade qualification to NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. 18th Edition. Hold a full UK driving licence. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
