We are seeking an organised, methodical individual to join our busy Commercial Team. You will be responsible for providing administration support to our repairs team as well as updating and maintaining the relevant commercial systems. The successful candidate will ideally have a finance background with:
- The ability to work with complex data.
- An understanding of reconciling invoices.
- Knowledge of profit and loss accounts.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong IT skills.
Having previously worked within a social housing background would be desirable with a knowledge of IT systems, such as AccuServ and Unit 4, however, this is not essential as training will be given.
