The Role

We are looking for a motivated and performance-focused Lettings Team Leader to provide day-to-day leadership of our Lettings Service. You will lead a team of Lettings Officers, driving strong performance across void turnaround, customer experience, compliance and service improvement. Working closely with colleagues across Housing, Repairs, Voids and partner organisations, you will help ensure homes are let efficiently, customers receive a positive experience, and sustainable communities are supported. You will create a calm, focused environment to enable the delivery of excellent service, manage challenges confidently, and contribute to sustainable communities.

About You

You bring experience from a housing lettings environment, with a clear ability to lead people and manage competing priorities. You communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders and approach challenges with a calm, practical mindset. You will also have:

  • Experience leading or supervising a team
  • Customer focussed approach
  • A strong understanding of lettings within social housing
  • The ability to analyse information, manage risk, and make sound decisions
  • Confidence in handling complex situations and driving appropriate outcomes
