Trent & Dove Housing is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Coordinator to join our team on a temporary maternity cover basis.

The role is 37 hours per week with a salary up to £29,922 per annum.

You will be the first point of contact within the Tenancy Sustainment team, conducting assessments, managing the waiting list, maintaining regular contact with tenants and providing low level support where necessary.

Strong administration and IT skills are essential.
