We are looking for a creative and experienced Production & AV Manager to join our growing events team. We are seeking someone with a strong background in conference, meetings, and live event production, who understands both the technical and creative side of delivering exceptional event experiences.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the production and AV delivery across a range of corporate events, conferences, meetings, and hybrid experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about bringing fresh and innovative ideas to client events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AV and production requirements for live, virtual, and hybrid events
- Coordinate onsite AV delivery, suppliers, and technical crews
- Produce technical plans, room layouts, and staging concepts using CAD software
- Oversee conference staging, lighting, sound, projection, and video delivery
- Support hybrid event platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and similar technologies
- Manage polling and audience engagement systems
- Attend client meetings and contribute creative production ideas and solutions
- Prepare production schedules, run sheets, and technical documentation
- Ensure seamless onsite execution and troubleshooting during live events
Requirements
- Proven experience in event production and AV management
- Strong understanding of conference and meeting staging
- Experience with hybrid and virtual event technologies
- CAD design experience essential
- Knowledge of AV equipment, signal flow, and production logistics
- Experience managing onsite AV operations and suppliers
- Familiarity with polling and audience interaction systems
- Creative mindset with awareness of the latest event technology and production trends
