We are a strategy‑led creative agency working at the intersection of fashion, luxury and culture, creating and delivering unique brand worlds for our clients. Reporting into our co‑Creative Directors, our Senior Digital Designer will collaborate with our UX Lead to deliver on digital projects. The right candidate will have solid UX/UI experience in rolling out e‑commerce websites for contemporary, fashion and luxury clients with bold creative ambition and enjoys balancing digital creativity, user experience and interface design. You have a proven track record in creating best‑in‑class digital experiences and are as comfortable designing from a blank canvas as you are evolving an established design direction. You have a keenly developed design aesthetic and a deep love for all things digital, and back this up with education and experience in graphic design and/or branding. You’re excited by emerging technologies and have the drive to continue learning and experimenting.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for UI and design on digital projects, from concept through to e‑com website design delivery to developers.
  • Create visually compelling digital experiences that balance creativity, usability and commercial performance.
  • Collaborate on the end‑to‑end UX process, supporting user journeys, information architecture, and wireframing to deliver accessible, conversion‑optimised responsive experiences alongside the UX Lead.
  • Own the quality and coherence of web and UI outputs, ensuring they meet both brand and user experience standards.
  • Partner with our Creative Directors on pitches and strategic creative direction.
  • Confidently lead and steer client‑facing meetings and presentations.
  • Partner with senior leadership and UX Lead on scoping future digital projects.
  • Manage and mentor junior designers, providing clear creative direction, feedback, and support for their development.
  • Build and maintain scalable digital design systems and component libraries.
  • Contribute to evolving the agency's digital design standards and processes.

Required Experience

  • 5‑8 years’ experience as Senior UI Designer or Lead within fashion and/or luxury.
  • Expert in Figma, including component‑based design and design systems work.
  • Solid experience in handing web design over to web developers.
  • Experience creating responsive experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile.
  • Confidence in translating brand strategy and identity into digital expression.
  • Confident presenter and communicator – you can sell an idea as well as build it.
  • User‑centred design approach with a focus on accessibility.
  • Experience in fashion/luxury e‑commerce.
  • Natural flair for visual storytelling.
  • Experience managing junior creatives.
  • Interest in generative AI tools for creative development and image creation.
