We are a strategy-led creative agency working at the intersection of fashion, luxury and culture, creating and delivering unique Brand Worlds for our clients.
As our mid-weight creative, you’ll bring a holistic skillset that spans social, brand, and campaign. The right candidate has a strong aesthetic point of view, an appetite for contemporary culture and can switch from a visual identity to social content to editing with ease.
What you’ll be working on:
- Develop and execute visual concepts for campaigns, brand projects, and social content — from initial ideas through to final output
- Edit video content to a high standard — from social-first short-form to longer brand films
- Produce high-quality design work across brand, campaign, and content briefs
- See through end-to-end brand visual identity projects: typography systems, graphic language, logo design
- Work confidently across both static and motion design, adapting assets for multiple formats and platforms
- Prepare and manage production-ready files across print and digital specifications
- Support creative development across a range of touchpoints including social, digital, print, and OOH
Pre-requisites:
- Graphic design degree or similar
- 3-5 years’ experience as an Art Director or Designer in-house or at an agency
- Portfolio experience in art directing shoots and video editing
- Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Moving image editing – Da Vinci Resolve or Premiere Pro
- The use of generative AI tools for creative development and image creation
- Strong understanding of design principles
- Natural flair for visual storytelling
- Portfolio experience working with luxury fashion and/or luxury hospitality brands
- Keen photography eye — whether shooting yourself or directing others
- Interest in AI tools and evolving digital tools
- Interest in fashion, luxury, culture
