Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex ER cases, taking ownership of high-risk and escalated cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.

- Drive policy and process improvements, identifying trends and gaps, and leading initiatives that make our ER approach smarter and more proactive.
