- Reports to: Marketing Director, Europe
About the Role
The Head of Marketing, UKI brings Trend AI™ to life in one of Europe's most competitive security markets.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, Europe, the role takes the global and regional marketing agenda and gives it a distinctly UKI expression — campaigns, events, and account programmes that put Trend AI™ in front of the right buyers and build genuine commercial momentum.
The UKI is this role's market to own.
It sets the local plan and the pace, carries the UKI pipeline targets, decides where local investment goes, and is the voice of the UKI and Ireland inside the European marketing organisation — making sure what matters in this market shapes the wider plan.
Works closely with the local leadership team and Marketing colleagues across Europe and Global to drive growth in this key market.
The north star is clear: accelerate annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth in the UK&I.
This is a hands‑on leadership role.
The Head of Marketing, UKI leads a high‑performing team and works as part of it — happy to roll up their sleeves, get into the detail of a campaign, and set the standard others follow.
It suits a marketer energised by measurable commercial impact, working with an AI‑native mindset in a fast‑moving market.
Key Responsibilities
- UKI Plan & Performance
- Transform the regional and global marketing agenda into a UKI‑specific strategy that reflects local market conditions and sales priorities.
- Own and deliver the UKI pipeline targets in line with overall revenue goals.
- Translate and report how Marketing activity is resulting in real world results – ARR, NRR and GRR.
- Manage the UKI marketing budget, prioritising investment across segments and channels to hit those targets.
- Own and report ROI on budget spend.
- Oversee execution discipline: transparent reporting, campaign calendars, budget allocation, and marketing forecasting accuracy.
- Monitor competitive marketing activity and UKI market trends, and feed insight back into regional planning.
- Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Manage the design and delivery of integrated UKI campaigns in line with regional and global strategy, spanning digital, content syndication, email, paid media, and webinars plus more.
- Own the UKI field marketing calendar — proprietary events, industry shows, and executive roundtables.
- Oversees account‑based marketing programmes for priority enterprise and named accounts in partnership with sales.
- Ensures global campaign frameworks and messaging for the UKI market and buyer landscape are properly localised and adapted.
- Optimises with the team campaign performance continuously through testing, channel mix analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with our Channel team to translate campaigns to this segment to drive growth via our partners.
- Pipeline Acceleration
- Build mid‑and late‑stage programmes that progress open opportunities and shorten sales cycles.
- Partner with sales, channel sales and inside sales on lead follow‑up, qualification standards, and service‑level agreements.
- Design sales enablement and nurture assets that support key deal stages and displacement plays.
- Monitor funnel conversion rates stage by stage and act on bottlenecks with targeted programmes.
- Support renewal, cross‑sell, and upsell motions within the installed base.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing UKI marketing team, working alongside them as an active member of it.
- Act as the marketing voice in the local leadership team and a trusted partner to the sales leader.
- Represent UKI internally at regional and global level, ensuring local market needs are understood and met in wider marketing plans.
- Contribute and influence without authority across European and global marketing, product marketing, and communications teams.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to extend the team's reach and capability.
- AI‑Native Ways of Working
