TrendAI, the AI security leader and enterprise unit of Trend Micro, seeks a Customer Success Technical Advisor Team Manager to build and lead a high-performing CSTA team that helps strategic customers maximise value from TrendAI Vision One. You will own health across a customer portfolio, manage escalations, translate data into leadership insights, and drive enablement and collaboration with Sales and Solution Engineering to grow ARR. English communication across global teams is required.
