We are a UK tech company scaling a high-volume B2B service. We have built an automation system that delivers 20+ warm, ready-to-pitch leads to every salesperson every morning. You do not cold-build lists or chase dead numbers; you pick up the phone, work through a pre-built queue, and close.
This isn’t a bedroom sales job. Our commission structure allows top performers to earn £2,500+/month part-time. Full-time closers with the right drive will do considerably more.
How it works:
- Every morning you log in to find 20-30 prospects already prepared and ready to pitch.
- You call through your queue using our integrated dialler (JustCall, provided).
- When a prospect is interested, you send them a live demo during the call.
- You close on a setup fee plus monthly subscription.
- Commission is paid on every close.
Commission structure:
- 20% on your first 10 closes.
- 30% from your 11th close onwards.
- Paid on a rolling 4-week cycle from your first close.
- Monthly top performer bonus (amount discussed at interview).
What we’re looking for:
- UK-based, native or fluent English.
- Proven sales experience, ideally phone-based.
- Comfortable with live software demos on calls.
- Self-starter with discipline to work a daily queue without being chased.
- Available for a minimum of 20 prospect calls per day, 4+ days per week.
