  • Business Operations Manager – UK&I
  • This Position
  • We are seeking a Business Operations Manager UK & Ireland to join our Europe Business Operations team, within one of the world’s leading AI security organisations.
  • Acting as a trusted business partner to our sales and management teams, this individual will build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Trend AI business, translating commercial objectives into operational priorities.
  • The role will design and own scalable processes to accelerate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth, maximise Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and reduce churn across the Trend AI customer base.

Using data-driven insights, including customer health scoring, renewal risk analysis, and pipeline quality metrics, the individual will enable sales leaders and sellers to make well-informed, evidence-based decisions and proactively address ARR and revenue risk.

  • Another key focus of the role is to act as an interface between different teams in the region, ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve strategic objectives and operational efficiencies.
  • The position will report to the Director Business Operations.
  • Other Responsibilities To Include
  • Building and maintaining ARR, NRR and pipeline health dashboards for sellers and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, QBR’s and management meetings; ensuring visibility of key metrics across the UK&I business.
  • Agreeing quotas/targets with appropriate revenue and ARR coverage for Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, in consultation with local Business Unit (BU) leader.
  • Reviewing seller opportunities for correct treatment in line with Sales Compensation Plans and managing commission payments to GTM roles.
  • Liaising with Deal Desk & Sales Support teams on complex opportunities for the region.
  • Leading the planning and forecasting of revenue and ARR, providing accurate and timely inputs to support business decisions across the UK&I region.
  • Working with Sellers and Customer Success teams to maintain CRM data hygiene, ensuring accurate customer lifecycle data to support retention and expansion motions.
  • Ensuring new internal processes and policy changes are clearly communicated, well understood, and consistently adopted by GTM teams across the region.
  • Partnering with Sellers, Customer Success and Renewals teams to identify at-risk accounts, leveraging customer health scoring and product adoption data to support proactive churn prevention and expansion revenue strategies.
  • Supporting and enabling sales teams in the execution of global and regional GTM programmes, including competitive displacement campaigns, and customer expansion plays across the Trend AI security portfolio.
  • Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, ideally in a Saa S or subscription-based enterprise business; a solid understanding of recurring sales motions, renewal cycles, and customer lifecycle management in an enterprise security context is a strong differentiator.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (D365), Salesforce, or equivalent enterprise CRM is required. Proven ability to design and build reports and dashboards essential.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau or equivalent BI tooling; familiarity with D365, Salesforce reporting, and revenue forecasting platforms is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in AI productivity and analytics tools is increasingly essential in this role, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Chat GP.

Candidates who can demonstrate practical, day-to-day use of AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and scale of operational insight will have a clear advantage.

  • Fluency in English is a requirement; and any additional language is a plus.
