Trend Micro’s TrendAI unit is seeking a Business Operations Manager for the UK & I region. You’ll partner with sales and management to drive ARR growth, maximise NR R, and reduce churn through scalable processes and data-driven insights.
You will own dashboards and forecasting, align quotas, and ensure CRM data integrity to support retention and expansion across the UK & I market. This role requires strong BI skills and fluency in English; some travel to regional offices is expected.
