This role is focused on driving operational excellence through metrics and analytics, sales team performance management, compensation planning, and end-to-end commission process ownership. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Director Sales Operations and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate and actionable business reporting and insights. Leveraging your strong analytical skills and understanding of sales operations, you will contribute to optimising sales performance, achieving revenue goals, and streamlining the commission process. This is a fixed-term maternity contract for 12 months, ideally starting in February 2025. Key responsibilities in this role include: Collaborating with the Director of Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership to design and implement effective compensation plans and sales incentives. Ensuring that compensation plans align with business objectives, sales targets, and industry benchmarks. Monitoring and managing the accurate calculation and payout of commissions and incentives. Continuously evaluating and refining compensation plans and sales incentives. Your expertise and experience in sales operations will be crucial in driving our operational excellence and supporting the success of our sales team. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Technical, HR and Operations teams to align and coordinate sales initiatives across functions. Metrics and Analytics: Collaborate with sales leadership to establish performance standards and goals for the sales team. Develop and implement sales performance metrics and KPIs aligned with business objectives. With support from the Business Intelligence team, monitor and evaluate individual and team performance against targets, providing analysis and insights. Collect, analyse, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to drive sales strategy and resource allocation. Review and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate performance to senior leadership.
