We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead and scale a team of New Logo acquisition sellers in the UK&I BU. This role is responsible for driving new customer growth, building a high-performing sales culture, and executing a repeatable, metrics-driven go-to-market strategy.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a critical role in expanding our UK&I footprint by enabling your team to win net-new customers across mid‐market and enterprise segments, working closely with Marketing, SDR, Channel, and GTM teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of New Logo Account Executives focused on net‐new customer acquisition
  • Set clear performance expectations, sales targets, and behavioural standards
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and deal coaching sessions
  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sellers to productivity quickly and effectively
  • Own and deliver the UK New Logo revenue target
  • Drive consistent pipeline creation and conversion across the full sales cycle
  • Support sellers on complex, high‐value cybersecurity sales cycles
  • Ensure disciplined use of sales methodology and CRM (e.g. MEDDICC, Salesforce)
  • Execute the UK New Logo sales strategy aligned to company objectives
  • Identify target customer profiles, priority verticals, and whitespace opportunities
  • Partner closely with Marketing to optimise demand generation and campaign performance
  • Work with SDR, Channel, and Alliances teams to maximise inbound and outbound effectiveness
Forecasting & Performance Management
  • Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
  • Track and improve key performance metrics (pipeline coverage, win rates, deal velocity, ACV)
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Proactively address underperformance and support improvement plans
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the voice of New Logo Sales internally
  • Collaborate with Product and Solutions teams to ensure strong value‐based selling
  • Provide market feedback on customer needs, competitors, and pricing
  • Ensure smooth handover from Sales to Customer Success post‐sales
Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing a New Logo / Net New sales team within B2B Tech, or cybersecurity
  • Strong track record of delivering and exceeding new business revenue targets
  • Experience selling complex innovative solutions into UK mid‐market and/or enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated ability to coach sellers through long, multi‐stakeholder sales cycles
  • Data‐driven mindset with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
  • Inspirational people leader with a hands‐on coaching style
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying behaviour and security decision‐makers
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to balance short‐term execution with long‐term team development
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment
  • Dynamic, results‐oriented with a passion for over‐achieving sales targets!
