The Role

We’re seeking a Distribution Business Manager to own the operational excellence of our European distribution partnerships. Think of it as being the relationship owner for our distribution channels—ensuring smooth volume business execution, operational compliance, and high-quality distributor performance.

Your day-to-day:

  • Distributor operational QBRs, volume business operations management, distributor operational enablement programs, compliance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination with partner data teams, program teams, and marketing teams.

What You’ll Actually Do (In Priority Order)

  • Own Distributor Relationships: Conduct distributor operational QBRs based on volume business KPIs, process efficiency metrics, and operational performance improvement. Build strategic partnerships with distributor executives and operations teams. Monitor distributor operational health (volume business performance, process efficiency) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage Volume Business Operations: Own volume business relationship and operational cadence with distributors directly. Ensure correct execution of volume business operational processes including SKU availability, pricing adherence, order flow, and channel hygiene. Oversee administrative precision across reporting, deal registration, program enrollment, and data validation. Partner with distributors on logistics, licensing, and fulfillment.
  • Deliver Distributor Operational Enablement: Run distributor operational training programs and volume business readiness initiatives to ensure distributor teams maintain operational competencies and process certifications. Collaborate with technical advisory teams and presales for platform training and volume business readiness.
  • Enforce Program Compliance & Governance: Ensure distributors adhere to volume business operational processes, partner program guidelines, and governance policies. Maintain documentation accuracy for pricing schedules and program rules. Validate distributor operational data accuracy in CRM and partner management systems during distributor engagement.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Provide distributor operational support to partner enablement teams for distributor-enabled partners. Collaborate with partner data and analytics team on distributor data enrichment feedback and profiling accuracy input. Support channel marketing on distributor campaigns and promotional execution.

Who You Are (Success Profile)

  • Comfortable working with a European reporting line while partnering day-to-day with local field teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management: builds trust quickly and aligns priorities across multiple markets.
  • Clear, proactive communicator who shares updates, decisions, and context (no surprises).
  • High ownership and follow-through: turns ambiguity into simple plans, actions, and outcomes.
  • Comfortable influencing without direct authority; knows when to consult, decide, and elevate.
  • Culturally aware and collaborative: adapts to different country needs while protecting European standards.
  • Service mindset: responsive, solution-oriented, and focused on making it easy for the field to execute.
  • Disciplined with operating rhythm: manages time zones, cadences, and priorities across a distributed network.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • You bring 3-5 years in distribution management, channel operations, or IT channel support (B2B tech experience).
  • You have hands-on operational experience with distributors or volume business models (licensing, fulfillment, SKU management).
  • You have CRM expertise with advanced data management, reporting, and process tracking.
  • You’re comfortable with business intelligence and reporting tools, Excel for operational analysis and KPI dashboards.
  • You’re fluent in English, German, French, Spanish or Italian.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • You have experience with services-led or security-centric channel ecosystems (MSP, MSSP distribution models).
  • You bring IT distribution background (volume business, pricing governance, channel compliance).
  • You have AI/LLM workflow experience for data validation and profiling collaboration.
  • You bring process improvement or operational optimization background.
  • You have solid understanding of partner program governance and tier structures.

  • Operational Excellence: If you love process improvement, data quality, and operational discipline, this role gives you the platform to shape distributor operational standards and best practices across European markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with partner enablement teams, partner data and analytics, program teams, channel marketing, and technical advisory teams. You’ll be at the center of distributor strategy and partner enablement coordination.
