Trenches Boxing Club is a boutique boxing gym in Wandsworth Town, London, built on real community. We welcome people of all backgrounds and levels, from first-timers to experienced boxers, through group classes, structured programmes and 1-to-1 coaching. More than a gym, Trenches is a place where members connect, train and grow. We're expanding by launching an on-site heated Pilates studio soon.

The Front of House is a part-time, on-site role in Wandsworth, London, with room to grow as we expand. You'll be the first face members see and the person who keeps the club running smoothly.

  • You'll welcome members and visitors, check them in for classes, and give clear information about schedules and membership options.
  • You'll answer phone, email and walk-in enquiries from new members and help them get booked in for their first session.
  • You'll manage our booking system, handling bookings, payments, freezes and cancellations, and help keep the class timetable and instructor rota organised.
  • You'll look after our community by making new members feel welcome and passing feedback to the coaching team.
  • You'll also keep the reception and communal areas clean, stocked and ready.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, boutique fitness, retail or another customer-facing role.
  • Friendly and confident with people in person, by phone and by email.
  • Organised, reliable and detail-focused, with the ability to manage bookings and admin independently.
  • Comfortable using booking systems, email and spreadsheets.
  • Able to handle complaints calmly and constructively.
  • Available for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • Interest in boxing, fitness or sports communities is a plus.
