We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Housekeeper to join our residential house, Wessex. The Senior Housekeeper will ensure the day-to-day tidiness and cleanliness of the house, including student bedrooms and the communal areas. They will also have the responsibility of managing, ordering and distributing the laundry, linen, stores and key stock items.

The successful candidate will be included in assisting the direction and monitoring of three other housekeepers to ensure the house is kept to a consistently high standard. The successful candidate should have a good general level of education. Previous experience of working in a caring environment would be beneficial but not essential. The job holder will have the ability to work independently and to prioritise their own workload and that of the other three housekeepers.

Hours: 20 hours per week (term-time only). There will need to be a degree of flexibility in the rota at the beginning and end of terms.

Salary: £11,498 per annum
