We’re looking for a super organised Supporter Experience Officer to help deliver exceptional experiences for our supporters. You’ll have a passion for data and play an important role in ensuring the information we hold about our supporters is accurate and meaningful, enabling us to communicate in a personal and inspiring way. Working closely with the wider fundraising team, you’ll help develop creative and engaging supporter journeys and develop lasting relationships with the people who make our work possible.
What you’ll do:
- Manage supporter data for mailings, e-newsletters, and campaign messages
- Deliver personalised thank you messages and supporter communications, letting your creativity shine through
- Monitor patterns in our data and help engage lapsed supporters
- Develop supporter journeys using our CRM (Raiser’s Edge – full training will be provided)
- Help ensure every supporter feels valued and connected to Treloar’s mission
- Contribute to events and fundraising campaigns, occasionally outside office hours
Salary:
- £27,532 per annum (Term-time only contract — pro rata for part-time, based on 42 hours)
- £27,507 per annum (Full-year contract — pro rata for part-time, based on 36.5 hours)
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience of managing information using databases (CRM experience ideal)
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- A good understanding of using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for using data
- The ability to plan, prioritise, and manage a varied workload
- A friendly, collaborative, and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for Treloar’s mission and values
