The predicted salary is between 42708 - 45347 £ per year.
Live in Residential Manager 42 hours per week (Term time + 1 week of holiday working. Holidays are aligned with Hampshire schools). Treloar’s is a charity which runs one of the UK’s largest specialist education centres for young disabled people to live and learn. Through our school and college, we offer students the opportunity to fully take part in life and achieve their aspirations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure provision of high‑quality holistic care to our students, ensuring their educational, personal and social care needs are met.
- Work as a member of a true multi‑disciplinary team delivering high‑quality care to students enabling them to achieve their full potential.
- Lead, inspire and motivate a large staff team to ensure the standard of care provided is outstanding.
Qualifications
- Possess a qualification acceptable to the Care Quality Commission for the management of a care home for young adults (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Adult Care or NVQ 4 in Management and Care, or RMA).
- Substantial experience in the residential care of young people or people with disabilities.
- Excellent organisational and management skills, the ability to rise to the challenge when the pressure is on, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
