Axiom is seeking a Corporate M&A Lawyer to support clients across sectors with practical, commercially focused advice on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, reorganisations, joint ventures, and private equity investments.
You will lead on transaction delivery, structure deals, perform due diligence, draft key documentation, and advise on warranties and deal mechanics while working with stakeholders across the transaction lifecycle.
