Corporate Governance Lawyers & Paralegals in London

We are currently seeking Corporate Governance Legal Talent, including qualified lawyers and experienced paralegals, to work with a variety of Axiom clients across industries on flexible in-house engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide or support practical, business-focused advice on corporate governance matters, including board and committee governance, statutory compliance, entity management and corporate records.
• Support the effective operation of boards and committees, including meeting planning, agendas, board papers, minutes, action tracking and governance processes.
• Support company secretariat teams or governance functions on subsidiary governance, corporate restructurings, entity-management matters and related corporate documentation.
• Work closely with boards, senior leadership, legal, finance, risk, compliance and external advisers to deliver clear governance support and assist with wider business projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK, or an experienced paralegal or corporate governance professional with relevant UK experience.
• Experience in one or more areas of corporate governance, entity management, board support, subsidiary governance, statutory compliance or corporate administration.
• Experience gained in-house, in private practice, within a professional-services environment or supporting listed, regulated, multinational or complex corporate groups.
• Strong organisational, stakeholder-management, communication and drafting skills, with the ability to provide clear, pragmatic and commercially focused support.
• Right to work in the UK.
