Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Tewkesbury has an exciting opportunity to join the business as a Product Verification Operative. After a basic training period, you will have the ability to work with limited supervision in performing the product verification tasks in accordance with the Company’s Health and Safety and Quality procedures.

Hourly Rate: £15.67 (£14.25 + 10% shift premium)

Shift Pattern:

  • Week 1 - 6am-2pm Monday to Friday
  • Week 2 - 2pm - 11:53pm Monday to Thursday

The ideal candidate will be quality-focused, with strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of the importance of quality and its impact on business. They will possess a good understanding of foreign object defects, cause and rectification. Good coordination skills are essential with the ability to understand and complete paperwork. The candidate will be able to maintain standards as set by the Company, show awareness of the importance of communication and keeping people updated, and maintain a self-awareness of events and activities within the Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Visual inspection in accordance with international and customer specific requirements
  • MRP transactions including MORV and MOMT
  • Carry out all operations as outlined in production paperwork
  • After basic training period, have the ability to work with limited supervision
  • Flexible, to be transferred to other areas of production
  • Carry out all work activities in accordance with HSE requirements
  • Keep work area(s) in compliance with company housekeeping standards

Required Experience:

  • Experience in an inspection or quality environment is favourable
