This role acts as a Data & Reporting Business Partner for Trelleborg Medical Solutions, supporting business stakeholders with governance, administration, and optimization of Reports Now dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reporting solutions primarily within the JD Edwards ERP and related business systems.
The position serves as the Reports Now solution administrator, overseeing report standards, scheduling controls, data integrity, and controlled report distribution.
It also provides user training and guidance, enabling business teams to develop and enhance their own reports in a structured and sustainable manner.
Acting as an interface between IT and business functions, the role supports more complex analytical requirements, ensuring alignment between reporting solutions and operational processes, increasing data visibility, decision‑making agility, and overall reporting maturity within TMS.

- Act as Reports Now solution administrator, ensuring governance, data integrity, and controlled report distribution.
- Oversee reporting standards, naming conventions, scheduling processes, and access controls.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into structured analytical solutions.
- Support the design, review, and optimization of dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports primarily within the JD Edwards ERP and related business systems.
- Provide functional reporting support, analyzing and resolving reporting issues while ensuring adherence to defined service levels.
- Serve as the main point of contact for complex reporting needs, providing technical guidance and advanced analytical support.
- Enable business users through structured training sessions and ongoing guidance, promoting self‑service reporting within governance standards.
- Review and approve reports intended for shared distribution to ensure data consistency and alignment with reporting policies.
- Monitor scheduled jobs and report performance to ensure operational stability and reliability.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate recurring analysis, and enhance overall reporting maturity.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and reporting guidelines to support sustainable solution management.
- Act as interface between IT and business functions, ensuring alignment between reporting solutions and operational processes.
Education And Experience
- BS or BA degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role focused on Data and Reporting (proven experience supporting reporting solutions within ERP – preferably JDE E1).
- Hands‑on experience with Reports Now (preferred) or similar reporting/BI tools (Power BI, Hubble).
- Solid understanding of data structures, ERP data models, and cross‑functional business processes (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales).
- Proficiency in SQL (data analysis, troubleshooting, queries, etc.).
- Experience delivering user training or facilitating workshops is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with ticketing and service management processes (JIRA, Service Now, OTRS).
- Geography To Cover And Travel Requirements
- Role is a global role with scope including all TMS sites. Day and overnight travel up to 10% may be required to domestic & international locations.
