About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing and operational performance at TSS Tewkesbury. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will be responsible for safety, quality, delivery, cost, planning, people, maintenance and continuous improvement.
You will shape and deliver the site’s operational strategy, improve productivity and customer service, and build the site’s long-term manufacturing capability. You will also lead and develop the operations team, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
About the Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced operations leader with a strong background in a complex manufacturing or engineering environment. You will have a proven record of improving safety, delivery, quality, productivity and cost performance, alongside experience of leading change and continuous improvement.
You will be a visible and engaging leader who can bring people with you, develop capability and work effectively across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, HR and Finance. A degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, engineering or operations is required. Lean, Six Sigma or Manufacturing Excellence training would be an advantage.
