About the Job: As our Continuous Improvement Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our site evolves. This is a hands-on role where you won’t just manage projects – you’ll be actively involved in making them happen.

You will:

  • Lead and deliver Manufacturing Excellence (ME) savings projects, working closely with Production Engineers and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive the planning and delivery of CAPEX projects, ensuring engineering elements are executed effectively and on time.
  • Champion and embed 5S standards, ensuring continuous improvement is visible and sustained across the site.
  • Take ownership of a range of engineering and improvement projects, bringing structure, pace, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with teams across production, engineering and technical functions to identify and implement improvements.

What you'll bring: We’re looking for someone who combines strong project discipline with curiosity and a drive to improve. You’ll ideally have:

  • An engineering qualification (HNC/HND/BSc/BEng or similar).
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally 5+ years).
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma Green Belt or similar would be ideal).
  • A structured, organised approach to problem solving.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across teams.
  • Confidence using Excel and wider MS Office tools.
