About The Job
As a Customer Service Representative you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, order processing, and issue resolution. This position requires a customer‑centric approach, technical understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to delivering service excellence in a timely and professional manner.
