Trelleborg Group IT is looking for a IT Infrastructure Engineer – Cloud Services Security & Compliance, as a part of their global Cloud Services team. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding Trelleborg’s cloud environment through continuous security monitoring, policy enforcement, and operational oversight. The Cloud Services Engineer ensures that cloud services meet high standards of security quality, consistency, and compliance. A key focus of the role is implementing and maturing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) capabilities, monitoring cloud security posture, and ensuring services adhere to corporate standards, Zero Trust principles, and regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate will take a pragmatic approach to tasks to achieve the most appropriate solution and must be a strong believer of documentation. They must possess initiative and passion to strive for excellence and exhibit an eye for detail, and must have a desire to constantly improve the technical and process landscape.

Education and Experience:
- +4 years of work experience within infrastructure roles, international experience is a benefit
- Experience managing:
- Active Directory & Cloud (Azure
- Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, Conditional Access
- Understanding of CSPM, DLP, CASB, Zero Trust principles, and Identity governance
- Skills in PowerShell, Python (general scripting) desireable
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent is an advantage.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
- Strong experience operating and securing cloud environments (Azure preferred).
- Hands-on experience with cloud security tooling (Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, Conditional Access, Entra ID security controls).
- Practical understanding of CSPM, DLP, CASB, Zero Trust principles, and identity governance.
- Ability to monitor and interpret security metrics, alerts, and compliance dashboards.
- Proven ability to identify configuration drift and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills, with attention to detail in policy and security governance.
- Strong cross-team communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across Security, IT, and business units.
Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft Purview for DLP, Information Protection, and Data Governance.
- Experience of Zscaler
- Experience of working with ethical hacking groups and security experts
- Skills in PowerShell, Python, or Logic Apps for security automation and reporting.
- Exposure to operational frameworks such as ITIL, NIST CSF, or ISO 27001.
- Familiarity with threat modelling, risk assessments, or cloud architecture reviews.
Competencies:
- Structured approach to daily routines and troubleshooting processes
- Interest in applying change and process management rules in a disciplined manner.
- Ability to clearly express ideas and concepts both verbally and in written form to a
variety of audiences. - Ability to work in co-operation with vendors and colleagues across multiple business.
