About the Job

Do you have experience supporting HR operations and providing first-line advice to managers and employees? Are you confident managing HR administration and recruitment processes? If so, we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for an HR Advisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering excellent HR service under the guidance of the HR Business Partner. We can offer a flexible working system with some hybrid working.

Do you have experience in:

  • Administering HR and payroll documentation?
  • Maintaining accurate employee records?
  • Supporting recruitment, including adverts, interviews, and psychometric testing?
  • Advising managers on HR policies and employment law?
  • Assisting with investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings?
  • Managing onboarding for new starters?
  • Maintaining HR systems and data?

If you can answer “yes” to most of these, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Competencies required:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified, or equivalent (if not, working towards qualification).
  • Knowledge of HR processes and UK employment law.
  • Strong interpersonal and administration skills.
  • Proactive organisation and problem-solving ability.
  • Customer service focus with a passion for working with people.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint beneficial).
  • Ability to analyse information and present data effectively.
  • Strong systems experience and willingness to learn new platforms e.g. Eletive (engagement survey), TM portal (Appraisals) and PAM portal (Occupational Health).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both internal and externally).
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work confidentially and professionally.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel within UK to Trelleborg Manufacturing sites.
