We are looking for professionals with strong Consulting experience to join our Team as a PMO Manager, working with our T1 Investment Banking clients.

Responsibilities
While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include:
- Developing and implementing project management methodologies, standards and processes.
- Providing oversight and governance of projects by reviewing project plans, status reports and budgets.
- Facilitating communication across all levels of the organization involved in the project.
- Create and deliver high-quality decks for project reviews, senior leadership updates, and business case approvals.
- Managing project risks and issues by maintaining a risk register and utilizing mitigation plans.
- Work within policy guidelines to ensure that all programs and projects adhere to the firm’s project management standard.
- Ensure adherence to process standards and any risk/ issue management.
- Ensure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand project schedule and key milestones.
- Escalate project risks to the Project Managers and Directors when appropriate.
- Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Persuade and influence others through developed communication and diplomacy skills with colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
Qualifications
- Strong education background – Degree (Masters would be an advantage).
- 5+ years’ experience working in a similar role in a consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of PMO procedures and concepts, along with basic knowledge of other functional areas.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of how own area and other collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to track and prioritize multiple deliverables at once.
- Strong initiative, someone who is both a self-starter and self-directed.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet). Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools is a plus.
