Huron is seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to take on the pivotal role of Team Lead for our new Belfast‑based Delivery Center.

This is a unique opportunity to build, mentor, and manage a highly skilled project team of consultants who form the operational heart of our European practice.

You will be a driving force behind project delivery from Belfast, helping to establish a centre of excellence for our most critical cloud transformation projects.

This role is designed for a seasoned consulting professional who excels at leading teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring delivery excellence.

You will be a key team lead in our accelerated growth in Europe, shaping a culture that champions collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Directly manage the Belfast‑based team of EPM and ERP consultants, overseeing performance, managing workloads and utilisation, providing regular coaching and feedback, and actively guiding career development.
  • Delivery Excellence & Quality

Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, act as a key escalation point for project issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Huron's exacting quality standards.

  • Operational

Management: Manage day‑to‑day project operations, including resource planning, project staffing in collaboration with European practice leaders, and tracking KPIs; report on team performance to senior leadership.

  • Stakeholder

Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with Project Managers and Practice Leaders across Europe, acting as the primary liaison for the team in Belfast to ensure seamless integration and communication of the wider European practice.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands‑on project experience in consulting and implementing EPM or ERP cloud solutions, with at least 3 years in a formal team leadership or management role.
  • Background in a Big 4, Accenture, or another top‑tier consulting firm and expert in structured delivery methodologies.
  • Broad and deep understanding of the EPM and ERP cloud landscape, including Oracle EPM/ERP, One Stream, Workday, or SAP.
  • Core Business Analyst skills, including business requirement gathering, system configurations, data modelling, and process mapping.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, including performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a high‑performance culture.
  • Experience managing hybrid or distributed teams; understanding the unique challenges and success factors of this model.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of interacting confidently with all levels of staff and clients.
  • Role is primarily based in Belfast, with occasional travel to client sites across Europe for critical milestones.
  • Fluency in English is essential; professional proficiency in another European language is a significant advantage.
