What you’ll do

As a Trek Service Technician, each day brings something new and hands‑on. Your work centres around caring for bikes so their owners can enjoy every ride with confidence. You’ll troubleshoot repairs, service a wide variety of bikes, and often be one of the very first to work on brand‑new models before they reach the sales floor. Just as important, you’ll build trusting relationships with riders who rely on your expertise to keep their bikes running smoothly. Whether you’re completing a quick adjustment or handling a more complex repair, your care and attention will help create memorable experiences for our customers.
