What you’ll do
This isn’t your typical retail role. As a Trek Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first face customers meet when they walk through the door. You’ll also build lasting relationships with riders in the community—many of whom will come back to see you because of the experience you have. Things move quickly, customers are curious, and teamwork is essential. What truly matters is your dedication to hospitality, your willingness to learn, and your desire to provide exceptional service. Whether you’re already a cycling expert or just excited to learn, we’ll support your growth every step of the way.
What you’ll bring to the team
- A positive, “happy to help” attitude and the desire to make each customer feel supported

- An interest in building long‑term customer relationships and creating your own client community
- A commitment to delivering an amazing experience for every rider who comes through our doors
