Join a leading UK manufacturer, a leader in their industry and a leader in staff satisfaction as an Internal Sales Executive. Manage a portfolio of customer accounts (internal sales) within a dynamic internal sales team, driving revenue growth, delivering outstanding service, and building lasting relationships. Take ownership of sales targets while maximising opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive outreach.
THE ROLE
- Manage a defined portfolio of accounts (current customers) with annual sales targets.
- Grow turnover by expanding existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Profile key accounts to identify growth potential.
- Increase order values through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Optimise deliveries by consolidating customer orders.
- Follow up on quotes, samples, and enquiries to boost conversion rates.
- Reactivate dormant accounts and engage new prospects.

YOU
As a Telephone Sales Executive, you will be a confident, results-driven communicator with a passion for sales and customer success. You should have:
