We are excited to be working on behalf of our client, a well-established and respected large company in Wrexham that employs several hundred people. They are now seeking a dedicated skilled Administrator to join their record and data department to provide essential support in maintaining accurate and efficient customer records.
THE ROLE
- Using specialist database systems to manage and administer people's records with precision and with the utmost care.
- Handling queries from customers and staff, both face-to-face at the service desk and via online channels, delivering friendly and effective support.
- Reviewing and updating data in line with regular data check reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assisting with registration programs and events and other activities as required.
- Adhering to established procedures and guidance when processing team functions and transactions.
YOU
- Proven experience in general records administration or similar data-handling work.
- A quick learner's mindset, with the ability to rapidly pick up new processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including using it for tracking progress, updating records, and performing data checks/verification.
- Previous experience in front-line or customer-facing support roles with a high focus on admin type duties.
This is an office-based position that will see you in the office in Wrexham from 08:30 β 17:00 Monday to Thursday (early dart on a Friday), offering a stable and rewarding environment where your attention to detail makes a difference to colleagues. Our client cannot offer Work From Home (WFH). If you want WFH, this isn't the role for you.
