ROLE- Blend specialty chemicals in batches up to 15,000 litres using cutting-edge equipment
- Champion safety and ISO 9001 quality standards
- Supervise a small team, manage production schedules, and drive process improvements
- Ensure safe chemical handling and inventory control
- Mentor staff and contribute to a top-notch safety culture
- Experience supervising in the chemical industry
- IOSH Managing Safely (or higher) and a Counterbalance FLT licence
- Sharp focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- IT skills (SAP or LMS experience is a plus)
- GCSEs in Maths, English, and Chemistry (C or above)
