The emphasis is on creating engaging, targeted experiences that connect with people.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align schedules, secure venues, manage logistics (internal staff, equipment, staffing), and handle budgets.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications to promote events effectively, track registrations, capture data/leads, and analyse feedback for ongoing improvements.
- Support virtual event delivery, including platform setup, guiding presenters/staff on best practices, and advising on engaging digital formats.

- Assist with large-scale annual ceremonies and provide occasional out-of-hours/weekend support for events.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, accurate record-keeping (schedules, budgets, reports), and excellent written communication (emails, briefs, promotional copy).
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders, negotiating, and collaborating in a team environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), virtual tools (Zoom, Teams), and digital event platforms.
- Proven event coordination or event management experience, ideally in recruitment, customer-facing, or promotional settings.
- Customer-focused mindset with enthusiasm for delivering professional, high-quality experiences.
- Flexibility for occasional weekend/evening work and travel (overtime or day off lieu paid).
- Degree-level education or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Self-motivated yet collaborative; adaptable in a busy, dynamic setting.
