Job Details:

  • Role: Operate and maintain production machines with a mechanical focus
  • Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (2 days 6 AM – 6 PM, 2 nights 6 PM – 6 AM)

ROLE

Dive into a mechanical role where your skills keep production humming. You’ll:

  • Run and monitor several production machines per shift
  • Perform quality checks to ensure flawless mechanical output
  • Execute CILT procedures (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate, Tighten) to keep machines in top shape
  • Support machine start-ups and handle minor mechanical fixes
  • Minimise spoilage and manage KANBAN levels with a sharp eye
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and team discussions

YOU

  • Experience with machinery or mechanical systems (injection moulding or SAP experience is a plus)

  • Preferred: HNC/HND/BTEC in engineering is a bonus
