Job Details:
- Role: Operate and maintain production machines with a mechanical focus
- Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (2 days 6 AM – 6 PM, 2 nights 6 PM – 6 AM)
ROLE
Dive into a mechanical role where your skills keep production humming. You’ll:
- Run and monitor several production machines per shift
- Perform quality checks to ensure flawless mechanical output
- Execute CILT procedures (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate, Tighten) to keep machines in top shape
- Support machine start-ups and handle minor mechanical fixes
- Minimise spoilage and manage KANBAN levels with a sharp eye
- Contribute to continuous improvement and team discussions

- Experience with machinery or mechanical systems (injection moulding or SAP experience is a plus)
