We're partnering with a market leader in high-volume production to find sharp, experienced Machine Minders (Production ops) who can hit targets, solve problems fast, and keep lines running smoothly. If you've got solid manufacturing experience and want more than just clocking in – this is your chance to build real skills in a stable and growing business.
THE ROLE
- Lead your production line to shift targets efficiently and on time.
- Prep lines fully: check schedules, equipment, materials – then complete changeovers efficiently and on time.
- Hand over cleanly to the next shift with clear updates (no surprises!).
- Guide operators on quality checks, jump in on root cause fixes, and help stop issues recurring.
- Keep safety first with regular checks and best-practice enforcement.
- Handle routine maintenance and track efficiencies to keep things improving.
YOU
- Must-have: Proven FMCG manufacturing experience (food, household, chemicals, or similar fast-paced lines).
- Sharp eye for detail and zero tolerance for quality slips.
- Physically fit and happy on your feet for 12-hour shifts.
- Experience of first line maintenance of a line (mechanical).
- Quick-thinking problem-solver – you spot issues early and fix them fast to cut downtime.
Shift & Hours
- Winter (mid-Aug to mid-Mar): Mon–Fri, 4 × 12-hour shifts – weekly days/nights rotation.
- Summer (mid-Mar to mid-Aug): Mon–Fri, 4 × 9.5-hour day shifts.
- Overtime available and paid extra – flexibility rewarded.
