We are currently recruiting for a Production Technician in Bracknell on a Full Time basis.
What you’ll do:
As a Trek Production Technician, every day brings something a little different. Your role is focused on caring for bikes so their riders can enjoy every moment on them. You’ll also be one of the first to work with brand‑new models before they hit the shop floor, something many people find especially exciting. Most importantly, you’ll build trust with customers who rely on your expertise to keep their gear running beautifully. As the Lead Technician, you’ll complete over half of the team’s repairs, taking on the most complex work with accuracy, confidence, and care. This is a role where your experience, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills will really shine. Communication and leadership will also be key as you help support the team's technical quality and consistency.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 3+ years of experience in a bicycle Service Centre
- A positive, self‑motivated attitude and a collaborative, team‑focused approach
- A warm, approachable manner with strong listening skills and a genuine desire to help—even on busy days
- Excellent communication skills
