REPORTING TO: Director of Health Economics in Europe/North America
DEPARTMENT: Health Economics
PLACE OF WORK: Hybrid or home based, UK or Netherlands
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for executing assigned projects on time and with expected quality, including the development of global economics models, local model adaptations, and supporting analytical work including survival and HRQoL analyses.
- Lead projects or workstreams ensuring timely delivery with appropriate review and sign off.
- Participate directly in the development of deliverables or other project activities as required.
- Work closely with clients and senior team members to understand client needs, develop and scope potential solutions, and contribute to the delivery and reporting of modelling and analytical products.
- Create, identify, and leverage new business opportunities by identifying emerging customer needs and formulating appropriate solutions to meet revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Contribute to the development of proposals within your area of expertise.
- Draft and develop manuscripts, abstracts, and posters, and where required, attend and present at conferences.
- Coach, mentor, and when appropriate line manage more junior members of staff.
- Ensure company and business unit policies, standards, and procedures are met.
