Female Senior Support Worker required within the Domiciliary Care aspect of our service to work with the team at Yr Hen Ysgol and Outreach (Locations in Gwynedd and Powys as the service develops). Due to the need for the successful applicant to work mainly with female service users, who require same gender support, we are asking for only female applicants for this specific position.
The Senior Support Worker will assist the Team Manager in the management of the domiciliary care service within Yr Hen Ysgol and the Outreach services. The post holder will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of the Aims and Objectives of the organization and assist the Team Manager to maintain a quality service. The post holder is responsible for the implementation and evaluation of evidence-based care under the supervision of the Team Manager and the Director of Care.
Salary £14.60 p/h plus NVQ/QCF enhancement
