The Estate workforce is comprised of forestry, viticulture and property maintenance teams supported by a Rural estate office team. The Estate also has a substantial portfolio of residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.\n \nThe Estate is diverse in its activities and the job roles it provides. The teams have a great community spirit, the surroundings are inspiring, and the work is always interesting. Working at Tregothnan is being part of Kents heritage and its modern future.\The role involves working across a diverse landscape, including woodland, vineyard, gardens, tracks, and general estate infrastructure. n \nThis is a practical, varied role suited to someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and can adapt to the changing needs of the estate.\n \n- Operating diggers and other estate machinery safely and competently (valid tickets required).\n \n- Assisting with woodland management, including clearing, stacking, and habitat work.\n \n- General estate labouring tasks, including fencing, track repairs, and groundworks.\n \n- Assisting with seasonal maintenance and development projects across the estate.\n \n- Ability to work across varied environments, including woodland, vineyard, and general estate grounds.\n \n- Experience in outdoor work such as landscaping, farming, forestry, or construction.\n \n- Understanding of basic horticultural and gardening practices (preferably).\n \n- Competency in using hand tools, power tools, and estate machinery.\n \n- Full clean UK driving licence.\n Benefits \n \n- Health care cash back plan.\n \n- Discount scheme with high street and online retailers.\n \n- Salary sacrifice homeware, tech and cycle to work schemes.\
