An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated Hospice at Home team, providing specialist care to patients with terminal illnesses and invaluable emotional support to their families.
This night role will include a combination of:
- 1:1 overnight care in patients’ homes, and
- Working on our Roaming Service, delivering flexible symptom control, assessment, and support across the Hospice at Home service.
- An experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality palliative and end-of-life care?
- Committed to supporting patients to die in the place of their choosing and helping families create meaningful, lasting memories?
- Confident working independently, while also valuing the support of a close, professional team?
- Looking for a flexible night role that fits around family life or other commitments?
