With a pioneering new hospice strategy, we’re building a future model of care that’s both effective and financially responsible — enabling more nursing in our community and stronger end‑of‑life support across the UK. To make this happen, we’re investing in our fundraising team. This is about building the team that will power Treetops’ future: fuelling growth, innovation, and a new model of hospice care. With over 600,000 potential supporters across our area, the opportunity is significant.

Are you a friendly and pragmatic person who lives and breathes trust fundraising? Have you got a firm grip on all the disciplines, and do you understand the importance of building strong relationships? With your excellent writing skills and the support of our marketing team, do you have the creativity to deliver three fundraising appeals a year that will go out to our supporters?

You’ll join a new Head of Fundraising with a strong track record and a supportive, ambitious leadership style – in a workplace that’s fun, friendly, flexible, and full of people who care deeply about what they do.
