Rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and skilled Associate Dentist. We're seeking a motivated clinician to join Treetops Dental Practice, part of the DV Dental Group in Norwich, during this exciting phase of expansion.
Realistic annual income of £265,000+ (based on a 5‐day a week) from a mixed practice of private work, private capitation plan and a 2000 UDA NHS contract. Work in a modern, tech‐driven environment with an established patient base, strong income potential and fantastic work‐life balance.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled, patient‐focused Associate Dentist to deliver a broad scope of general dentistry. This role will suit a recently qualified or developing dentist looking to take their career to the next level, with full access to the support of experienced colleagues with decades of experience.
- Routine examinations, restorations, crown & bridge, endodontics, and extractions.
- Strong professional competence and communication skills.
- Scope to develop private dentistry skills, with opportunities to progress into areas such as oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, sedation and implant restoration.
- Enhanced in‐house training options to support development.
- Income security through a private capitation scheme allocation of approximately £60,000, plus realistic private fee income of £175,000+, with significant scope to increase as part of the planned expansion and marketing of the Group.
- Flexible hours will be considered.
